You can pontificate about how Nintendo "should go at them", but the fact that they haven't, and continue to allow the video, is a clear sign that they can't, and that your argument, regarding the legality of the LTT video, is wrong. Nintendo have gone after content creators for far less than this, so why aren't they taking the bait and going after LTT, with their video that has millions of views and has likely been forwarded to them several times? Because they know LTT are technically in the right they know they will lose in a court of law against LTT, and they know it would be horrible PR for them. You can straw-man an argument that, "what is shown "legally" will be used for non illegal means more often than legal means", but that wouldn't hold up in a court of law, because the video doesn't demonstrate any alternative 'non-legal' means. No one is losing money based on what is actually being demonstrated in the video. No roms, nothing, are being illegally downloaded. They are usually less skilled than guys in armor and will die faster, allowing you to concentrate on the tougher opponents. Try to take out lesser armed opponents first. Mon 25th Jul "it will be hard to prove the techniques shown in their video can't be used to lose Nintendo millions"Įxcept the video demonstrates the use of using original hardware and software objectively, no form of piracy or theft takes place at all in the video. Arrows will wreck you fast causing bleeding and also stagger you which lets melee enemies get free hits.If anyone asked me what my favourite game was, I would not hesitate to answer 'Kingdom Come Deliverance'. And despite its quirks, KCD achieves a level of immersion in the game's world I've never experienced with any other game. While not as open-ended as originally intended, there is enough story material and hidden/alternative endings to quests in KCD to keep me entertained for many hours. The beauty of the game world never ceases to amaze me, and imo KCD has one of the best combat systems (despite its issues) in any game I've played yet, especially in 1v1s. And while the dogs do annoy me to no end, I feel like I should counterbalance that by saying that I freaking love this game. That's possibly the single most irritating part about the dogs.Įdit2: Re-reading this post, I realised it comes across as quite negative. I think I would rather fight three human enemies than a single human with a dog, and that should be a sign something is gravely wrong.Įdit: Oh, and the dog can unhorse you as well. and sometimes even when it looks like it should hit, your sword passes right through the mutt as though it were a ghostly apparition without doing any damage along the way. It works fine for human opponents, but it makes aiming to hit a doggo-sized enemy pretty difficult. Wouldn't be so bad if you could kill the dog as soon as the fight starts, but again, the lock-on system is a pain. Combat with multiple opponents is already difficult enough (thanks in no small part due to the awkward lock-on system which works great for 1v1s, but otherwise leaves a lot to be desired) without having to do a quick-time event every 5 seconds because some little hairy won't leave me alone. Seriously, bandit and Cuman dogs are such a pain in the arse.
